1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuildUForward ("we", "us", "our"), including the website at www.builduforward.com and related services.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BuildUForward.

2. Description of service

BuildUForward is an EdTech platform for campus placement preparation. We provide practice questions (including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL, and HTML/CSS), aptitude quizzes, and company-specific prep content (such as Accenture, TCS, and Cognizant packs).

All content is intended for interview and placement preparation purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or employment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on your own. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@builduforward.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscription & payment terms

BuildUForward offers:

  • A free tier with limited access
  • Paid PRO and ALL_ACCESS plans
  • One-time company-specific course pack purchases

Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.

Coupon codes (for example, promotional codes such as BUF20) apply discounts at checkout as described at the time of the offer. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for refund terms on discounted purchases.

6. Intellectual property

All questions, solutions, course materials, branding, and platform design are owned by BuildUForward or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access paid content for your own preparation.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid content
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically download the question bank
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our content to build a competing product or service

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials or paid content with others
  • Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or premium gates
  • Abuse, harass, or disrupt the platform or other users
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Submit false information or impersonate others

8. Disclaimer of warranties

BuildUForward is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the platform will meet your specific expectations.

Using BuildUForward does not guarantee a job offer, interview invitation, or placement success. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your preparation, company hiring processes, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuildUForward and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BuildUForward in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
